Discovery & Audit

If there’s a fit, we go deeper. We conduct a thorough discovery process to understand your current brand, your market, your competition, and your existing marketing efforts. Depending on the scope, this may include a competitive intelligence audit, a review of your digital presence, an assessment of your sales process, and conversations with your leadership team.

This phase gives us the clarity to build a strategy that’s grounded in reality, not assumptions. It also gives you an honest, clear-eyed picture of where your brand stands today and where the opportunities are.

Strategy & Proposal

Based on what we learn in discovery, we build a customized proposal. Not a template. Not a menu of services with price tags. A strategic recommendation that maps the specific work your business needs to the outcomes you want to achieve.

Every proposal is structured around our four-phase Brand Transformation System (Foundation, Execution, Growth, Leadership), tailored to where you are in your brand journey. Some clients need the full system. Others need to start with one phase. We meet you where you are and build a roadmap from there.
