Javad is the driving force behind Alive ProStudios. He founded the company in 1997 and An offer you can’t refuse… has developed a clientele of more than 400 customers in diverse fields ranging from medicine and health, to retail and manufacturing. Javad is a classical artist by training but moved into digital design in the early 90s working with German advertising agencies, honing his skills in European design principles. It was in Germany that his forward thinking concepts about Brand development and Brand Strategy were established. He developed and refined his skills in design, typography, photography, art direction, video composition and film directing. His full competency in all major graphic applications let him to be a trainer in the creative field to pass-on his skills. His craftsmanship in leading post production, compositing, and editing software are embedded into all video projects. Javad’s strength is positioning your brand with strategy by developing the right branding tools and tactics to generate tangible results.

Homayra Ahmadi joined Alive ProStudios in 1998 as a managing partner and now leads the Alive ProStudios Team as CEO. Her strategic and tactical skills in business development and team building has helped Alive ProStudios grow over the years. She is a seasoned programmer on wide range of web development platforms and technologies including html, flash, CSS, CMS, php and java. In addition, she is the lead on all Alive ProStudios’ Search Engine Optimization (SEO) projects. Ongoing training coupled with her personal drive for continuous development allow her to enrich her talent, and stay current with new software trends and technologies. It is this insight into the industry, in-depth knowledge of all major graphic applications, along with strong client relations that make her contribution to all projects invaluable. Homayra’s 16 year career in web strategy and development ensures success on every project.
Jim joined Alive ProStudios in 2003 as a Marketing strategist. Jim’s 30-year career includes assignments in both Canada and the USA working with a number of large technology companies including GEC, CompUSA, IBM, Inacom, EDS, GTSI and Micro Center. Jim is knowledgeable and experienced in the areas of problem analysis, process improvement, change management and business model design as they apply to marketing. Jim’s deep understanding and intimate knowledge of the marketing process was gained first-hand launching and managing new products and services for technology companies. His unique five step marketing system is a key element in the success of many of Alive ProStudios clients.
Tim McClure is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with over 25 years of extensive senior management experience, leading prominent organizations all across North America. Tim rose to the top of the professional sports marketing business as the Vice President of Starter Corporation - the world’s leading supplier of licensed apparel. He helped to catapult the brand into a household name throughout North America, working closely with the NHL, MLB, NFL, CFL, NBA and Hockey Canada.
Tim successfully forged strong long-term strategic alliances with corporate partners such as Kraft, Procter & Gamble, Coca Cola, Air Canada, McDonalds and Labatt and Molson.
In 2005, Tim joined Luxottica Group SpA - the Italian giant that has dominated the fashion eyewear industry for several years. As a member of the senior executive team, he worked closely with Luxottica’s vast portfolio of world-renowned brands that included Ray Ban, Versace, Prada, Burberry, Ralph Lauren, Dolce & Gabbana and Chanel.
Tim played a key role in leading Luxottica to record sales and profitability results. Today, Tim is a highly sought-after business speaker and leadership and brand consultant. As part of the Alive ProStudios team, Tim provides valuable ‘big picture’ strategies for the company’s portfolio of customers.
